Who sends these texts
Nimra is a phone app from Nimra Digital LLC. Each Nimra user rents their own US phone number and texts people one-to-one from the app, typing every message themselves. Nimra numbers never send marketing, promotional, bulk or automated texts.
How you opt in
You get texts from a Nimra number only after one of these:
- You text or call that Nimra number first. Your text or call is your request to hear back from it.
- You give your mobile number yourself to the person who uses that Nimra number (in person, on a call or in writing) and agree to get texts from them about your conversation.
Every Nimra user accepts our Terms before getting a number. The Terms allow texting only people who opted in this way, and forbid bulk, marketing, promotional and automated messages. Nimra limits how many texts each number sends a day and how many new people it can text, and blocks the same text from being sent to many people.
The first text you get
The first text a Nimra number sends you ends with "Reply STOP to opt out." For example:
Thanks for calling about the bike. Yes, it's still available. I can meet you Saturday morning near the library. Reply STOP to opt out.
How often, and what it costs you
- Message frequency varies. It depends on your conversation with the person texting you.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
HELP and STOP
- Reply HELP to a Nimra number for help, or write to support@nimra.app.
- Reply STOP to stop texts from all Nimra numbers. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work too.
- Reply START to get texts from Nimra numbers again.
Your privacy
