By email
If you can't open the app, write to support@nimra.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm when it's done.
What is deleted
Your numbers, texts, call history, voicemails and transcripts, contacts, settings and remaining credit are permanently removed. Your numbers are taken off your account and may later be given to someone else. Deletion happens straight away and can't be undone.
Delete some data, keep your account
You can remove parts of your data in Nimra without deleting your account:
- Texts: open a number, go to Chats, and delete a conversation.
- Voicemails: open a number, go to Voicemail, and delete one or several voicemails with their transcripts.
- Contacts: open a contact and tap Delete.
- A number: open the number, go to its settings, and release it. Its texts, calls and voicemails go with it.
For anything else, such as your call history, write to support@nimra.app from the email address on your account and tell us what to delete. We'll confirm when it's done, usually within 7 days. Deleted items are removed straight away and can't be recovered.
What is kept, and for how long: records of purchases and credit top-ups are kept for up to 7 years because tax and accounting law requires it. Carriers and app stores keep their own records under their own policies. Backups that still contain deleted data are overwritten within 30 days.
